What are my payment options?
You can pay the machine through either of the following:
Installment:
Post Dated Checks , Credit Card 0% interest (Metrobank Account Holder), Other credit cards are subject to interest fees
Full Payment:
Cash , Gcash , Bank Transfer
What are the shipping options?
Delivery of coffee machines in Metro Manila is free of charge. For further areas, shipping will depend on the agreement of both parties.
What is the warranty of this machine?
Machine will be under a 1 year free service provided by the company upon the request of the subscriber. Replacements will be provided depending on the technician’s assessment. Replacements for major parts are free of charge for up to two consecutive replacements only, exceeding replacements will be charged. No charges for minor parts within 1 year. Replcaments due to damages caused by human error and accidents such as lost or broken parts are not free.
What will I do if I received a
defective order?
Defects during the first seven (7) days of use, the machine will be under the evaluation and assessment of the tech support. The machine should be in good or the same condition as the time it was delivered as to not void the replacement. Approval of replacement means it is a factory defect.
How does the Coffee Machine +
Coffee Beans work?
To acquire the machine, settle the downpayment + 1 month payment upon delivery, then a monthly payment for 11 months. A supply of freshly roasted coffee beans will be delivered to you. Shipping fee is shouldered by the client. (Free delivery of beans in Metro Manila, Calabarzon)
What is the return policy?
Subscriber may cancel the subscription after the agreement. A notice of 15 days to 1 month is required. Deposit will not be refunded and the process will take 15 days to pull out the machine. All payments due should be settled.
